The US SuperTour presented by the National Nordic Foundation (NNF) resumes action this weekend as part of the Mayor’s XC Challenge in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Excitement will abound at Theodore Wirth Park following the announcement yesterday that it will host a Cross Country Skiing World Cup next season, a key milestone in the grassroots development of nordic skiing across the United States.
To recognize the diverse ski communities contributing to that development across the US, the NNF is proud to announce that, for the first time, the NNF Cup will carry a $3,000 cash prize for the winning club at the end of the SuperTour season. The NNF Cup celebrates club excellence in US Skiing, compromising competition at US SuperTour, National Championship, and NNF Development Projects throughout the ski season. Full information on the NNF Cup, and current standings, can be found on our the NNF Cup page of our website.
