The FIS World Junior Ski Championships continued Monday with the Junior (U20) Classic 20 k Mass Start. Samantha Smith (Sun Valley) led the way for the US, finishing 9th place for her 2nd top ten in as many competitions in Whistler. Ava Thurston (Dartmouth) finished 28th and Rose Horning (Vail) 42nd to round out the results for the Women. On the Men’s side, Luka Riley (University of Colorado) was the top performer in 34th, with Adrik Kraftson (Northern Michigan University) close behind in 39th.
